An “Employer Conference & Community Resource Fair” targeting the needs of the Federal Govt., GovGuam, Federal Contractors, and Private Employers which is scheduled for Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 from 8am -3:30pm at the Hotel Nikko Guam. Workshops on Disability Sensitivity Awareness, Employer Responsibilities under the ADA, Employer-Employee Panel Presentation, Assistive Technology Utilization, Federal Contractor’s compliance with Section 503 of the Rehab Act, and a Resource Fair. An “Applicant with Disabilities Conference & Resource/Job Fair” targeting the needs of Qualified Applicants with Disabilities which is scheduled for Saturday, October 27th, 2018 from 8am -3:30pm at the Tamuning Community Center. Workshops include: the Rights of Individuals with Disabilities, Reasonable Accommodations in the Workplace, The Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security (PABSS) Program, Assistive Technology Utilization, a Resource Fair, and a Job Fair.
